The plans illustrate the city center of Islip and developments provided for it. It is clear that all objects except for south housing, park, school and south shops will be relocated. First, the main road will be destroyed and a new dual carriageway will appear around the centre of the town, in addition this space will be used for only the pedestrian zone. Secondly, housing below the shops will be enlarged by new housing. Consequently, due to these changes the territory of a park will be reduced. Third, the southern line of shops will be destroyed. Dominating part of this area will be taken by a new bus station that will be connected with the road in the west-north, giant shopping mall and car parking zone that will take twice less territory than shopping center.
