On behalf of my company ABC Private Limited, I would like to draw your attention towards the all day long meeting held at your hotel alongwith my colleagues and other participants. Well they certainly liked the entrance of the hotel and the way of welcoming of guests with pretty cool drink offered. As well as the interior was astonishing and the pool at the Terrace drawn its outline attention to everyone. Everything was great and felt great apart from one major thing that is food. Unfortunately the food you provided was nevertheless tasteless as told by participants and experienced by myself. There was consequently wrangle on the dinner table such as prawns and meat was under cooked, fishes were not fresh and left out with stinky smell and Chapatis were over cooked. Onthe contrary after watching reviews of your hotel, the quality you are offering isn’t abundance, yet we are not complaining. As far as we know about your hotel reputation, therefore this is not an official feedback and will not cause any harm. On the contrary above all, take over a good control on kitchen and chefs along with supervision and monitoring on the kitchen and goods you are providing. We hope that this was a misfortune accident and this will not cause any harm to the hotel fame.
