Hot balloon flying process

This picture shows the hot ballon flying process. It is clear from the graph that the ballon is a complex machine which consists from more than 3 parts. According to what is shown, people can stay at the basket, air is heated by the burner, the basket and the envelope are connected by the rope and air enters the ballon by the skirt. Air which enters the skirt is heavy and cold, while it is travling through the envelope it comes hotter. Firstly, air gets in the skirt, it goes to the panels, moving to the cores and finally it reaches the highest area of the envelope which is the parachute valve, ballon pilot can controls it by using the parachute valve. To sum up we could say that there are 4 main steps to fly a hot ballon, air enters the skirt first and end up at the parachute valve.
