Overall, Thailand and Bali were far more popular than the others in 2010. To be more specific, the total number of couples visited Thailand and Bali (2745 couples ) alone outnumbered that of the other six (2255 couples).
In 2010, Thailand was the most popular honeymoon destination, visited by 1410 couples. This was closely followed by Bali with 1335 couples, only 75 fewer than that of Thailand. Next on the list, Costa Rica and the Maldives attracted respectively 750 and 600 couples, which was about half as many as that of Bali and Thailand.
Moving down the list, the popularity in 2010 of the last 4 places were no where near that of the top 4. Ranked in fifth place, the Greek Islands was visited by 432 couples.
