Starting with the fish consumption, it could be concluded that between 1979 and 2004, fish consumption rate relatively remains constant 50 grams. On the other hand, for chicken and the other two types of meat (beef, lamb), their consumption per person per week differs by time. In 1979 the consumption of lamb reaches to 150 grams, and then dramatically falls to 50 grams in 2004. On the contrary, the consumption of chicken enlarges since 1979. The consumption rate jumps from 150 to 250 grams in the period from 1979 to 2004. For the second type of meat (beef), the graph also shows reducing in the beef consumption between 1979 and 2004. The consumption in 2004 was only 100 grams against 200 grams in 1979 which reflects a huge decrease.
