It is being said by some medical professionals that individuals are not including any exercise in their schedules nowadays. There might be several reasons to avoid and numerous ways to include it in the schedule.
Firstly, people are working from home nowadays which has changed the complete schedule of every individuals. People are working till late night and waking up late in the morning due to this they do not get time for their fitness. Secondly, people who usually go to office earlier, had to walk to the parking to park their vehicles and to their work stations. Lastly, there is no social gathering hence people are not aware that they are gaining weight and loosing their stemina.
Individuals should prepare a time table for them and include sometime for the exercise in that. They are saving time as no need to travel to office which can be utilized for activities like cycling, running, walking. They can include any sport in their routine which can fill them with the energy and will help to release the stress of work.
One of my good friend works for an IT company. His shift starts at 12: 00 pm and ends at 9: 00 pm which generally extends till 11: 00 pm. He usually go to the bed late around 1: 00 am and wakeup at 10: 00 am in the morning. He does not have the time for exercise due to his busy schedule. Consequently, his backbone disk space is reduced because of long sitting and he gained 10 kg of weight in last 6 months. Now he has consulted an orthopedics and planning to include a morning walk before his office starts.
It is sensible to conclude that one should include some workout in one's free time for healthy life.
