The diagram demonstrates how building bricks are made in the construction industry. Overall, the procedure involves 7 steps from excavating clay to point where the clay blocks are taken for use. Firstly, its initiated by digging and put in metal grid for rolling, water and sand added after which its either broken into pieces using wire cutter or moulded into reqiured shape. Thereafter, the bricks are dried in an oven for about one to two days. In the next stage, they are placed under moderate temperatures between 200-980 degrees Celsius for sometime then high temperatures upto 1300 degrees Celsius in the kiln. The following 48 to 72hrs they are left in cooling chamber. Lastly, ready bricks are packaged and delivery awaiting.
