Bricks processing diagram interpretation

The diagram neatly demonstrates how building bricks are prepared and transported in the building or construction industry. Overall, the procedure involves about seven well demonstrated steps from excavation of clay soil to the last point where they become blocks which are loaded to track for delivery. Firstly, its initiated by digging and the soil put in metal grid for rolling, mixture water and sand are then added after which its either broken into pieces using wire cutter or molded into required shape. Thereafter, the moulded and cut bricks are dried in an oven for about one to two days. After which, in the next stage, they are placed under moderate temperatures between 200-980 degrees Celsius for sometime then high temperatures raised to 1300 degrees Celsius in the kiln. The following stage they are left for nearly 48 to 72hrs they are left in cooling chamber. Lastly, ready bricks are packaged and delivery awaiting.
