Then, there was a rapid jump in sales to over 325, 000, the highest number, in 2009. In the US, there was a significant rise of round 100, 000 in sales from over 250, 000 to 350, 000 between 2006 and 2007. It then gradually declined to more than 275, 000 in 2009. The least number of sales was in other countries, which slightly went up from over 50, 000 to almost 125, 000 from 2006 to 2009.
