The two diagrams illustrates us about the different levels and apparatus used in the production of cement and also explains about the production of concrete for construction purposes using cement. Overall, the raw materials are sent into mixer and then into to heater and finally into grinder to attain cement and this cement combined with gravel, water and sand in different proportions develops into concrete when placed in a rotating mixer. The cement production involves four different stages. Initial materials, limestone and clay are sent into a crusher, where they turned into a fine powder. Then after, this powdered mixture is precisely mixed when passes through a mixer. After passing through mixer, this blend again moves into grinder where the final product cement is acquired and packaged into bags. The concrete can be obtained by the concoction of various materials such as cement (15%), gravel(50%), water(10%) and sand(25%) when placed in a rotating mixer.
