But there was also a difference about the budget in books and new facilities. School X spent the most on books. And Y university spent the most on new facilities. Two universities X and Y spent their budgets on 4 categories such as books, salaries of teachers, new facilities and training for teachers. Firstly, X university spent 30% on books than School Y 5%. Secondly, The cost of new facilities accounted for 1/5 of the total budget for X university. Besides, Y university accounted for nearly 1/3 of the total cost. Finally, universities used equal rates for salaries of teachers and training for teachers. Specifically, salaries of teachers accounted for 25% and training for teachers accounted for 20%.
