The bar graph illustrates information about computer ownership as a percentage4 of population between 2002 and 2010, and also categorized by the level of education.
Overall, by 2010 there was a lot of computer consumers among all of the education level and it has scored more compared to 2002 whether that person had a high school certificate or not
As I can see from the first graph, the year 2002 has scored the lowest percentage among all of the following years by approximately 55%. In the graph, you can a steady raise every two years, and this raise is by almost 5% until the year 2010 which consider to be the peak year, since the percentage of computer ownership has reached over 70%.
Moving to the second graph which shows a proportion relationship between level of education and owning a computer. The percentage of those who has no high school diploma has the lowest percentage since it scored 15% in 2002 and 40% in 2010.
Same like before, there was a remarkable raise between 2002 and 2010
In conclusion, level of education can affect the people ability to function with the computers but it’s don’t have a big impact throughout the years as what development has done. Things are much easier to deal with now that it was a before, maybe back in days’ computers were not around as much as now as you can see them in every corner for multiple use not just for study purpose.
