bar chart with student education

bar chart with student education Mo066
The given bar chart illustrates the differences between male and female full-time and part-time education in Britain during the years 1970, 1980 and 1990. The units were given in thousands. The most striking feature in the chart is that the majority of students have been enrolled with part-time studies. 1000 of male students took this in 1970 which was the largest number in all years. The minimum of full-time students among males appeared in the same year with almost 100 men. However, this was gradually increased to 200 in 1990. The least figures of both types of courses were recorded with female students in 1970 with less than 800 full-time participants with approximately 50 students. The number of all women has been increased in the following years reaching the highest number of part-time and full-time studies with just below 12000 and 200 females respectively in 1990. Overall, the figures have been increased for full-time students in both genders while females involved with education have been increased considerably during the period.
