The following charts show the number of students enrolled in Computer Science at a UK university in a span of 2 years, furthermore categorized as both home and international students and by gender. We can see that throughout the years 2010-2012 there were some significant changes especially in the number of men versus women who enrolled. It’s also showing that there are fewer female international students. In 2010, there were more men who studied the course compared to women and most of them are British. In 2011 however, the number of male students decreased but there was a notable rise in women especially those from the UK. There was an insignificant rise in the women international students as well. In 2012, the men, both from home and from overseas, came back to enroll again increasing their numbers noticeably. Although there was no decrease in the number of women there was no substantial increase either.
