A glance at the maps provided reveals the Langley city in 1910 and 1950. It is clearly seen that years later there were really enormous changes. According to the first map, there were much traffic due to the abundant quantity of facilities such as large factory which located to the south of town and in front of Factory is Sherman Street. Then, go straight ahead and next to the roadway is located the Store and then the Laundry. The Café is located opposite of the Laundry. Furthermore, there was a Jordan Street where placed extremely quantity of Townhouses. There is also a Railway line which those are located a Railway workers` cottages opposite of way. In the second picture were really grandiose changes and differences between two maps are colossal. There were truly transformations such as in the Jordan Street is taken place a new massive Flats and on the corner of Sherman Street and Jordan Street is occupied the Sherman Park. On the opposite of park there were a Sherman Mansions and along with this near the apartments placed a Laundry and a Café which is replaced by habitats. Also, there is constructed new court which name is New Lane and on the right side of street are took place three Stores and on the left side of street there were a Children’s play area.
