The church illustrate changes in intellectual capacity in patients whom were diagnosed of mild cognitive impairment which can evolve to become as alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia. Overall, memory did not improve in both groups A and B while thinking speed and word fluency were affected by the type of exercise which is aerobic and non-aerobic exercises and was improved by aerobic exercise knowing that both exercises were performed one hour a day late for six months. In terms of Group A, they managed to keep their memory as it is, no changes occurred, while they developed and improve their thinking speed as well as word fluency by doing aerobic exercise for no more than one hour a day for six months. Where is, non-aerobic exercise was performed by Group B for one hour daily for six months as well, but it did not have the same result in, which this group not only deteriorated their memory, but also their thinking speed and their word fluency got worse.
