First of all I would like to thank you to give me an opportunity to talk about my experience!
To be associated with an organization as a part of finance department it’s very proud and a huge responsibility as well as need to be very conscious while servicing, in light of my experience which I serving toward my current company as an accountant for last 3 years in these years I have learnt a lot in that company. They have huge amount of transactions and financial works here as following:
1. Keeping record of journal entries.
2. Verifying bills receivable with the sold items/provided services.
3. Issuing invoice, quotation, DO & purchase order to the customers.
4. Maintain all transaction of business related to the finance.
5. Preparing monthly report, payment certificate, and monthly statement on the basis of client’s work.
6. Handling petty cash and issuing petty cash to amount to branches as per approved by the management.

I am very glad to be part of the department, and very job has advantages and disadvantages itself which I explained below:
Advantages:
Here I would like share my personal experience which I gained through my job, being part of finance department it’s very clear that we will have all the financial transaction information of the company where we are offering our services. Moreover, this knowledge it has crystal clear that these experiences would led me to enhance my financial skills, value of money, investment, and utilizing money cycles which circulate in business.
Disadvantages:
There are few disadvantages also can be occurred while producing services, lack of money, not counting properly, unnecessary expense, spending over petty cash, money fluctuation, imbalance of transaction, un wanted withdraw and unproductive buying services this all will lead to effect on money and as well job too, because we need to show every month accountant statement to our boss. Therefore these above mentioned expenses or loss can be impact on our services.
