I always go to bed late, thus I always wake up late. As a result, I always get up about noon or in the afternoon. However I believe that sleeping late and missing breakfast are detrimental for your health, therefore I encourage you not to do those things. Because breakfast is really vital for us: in fact, I believe breakfast in the most important meal of the day, since it provides us with more energy to work. I believe that everyone enjoys eating, this includes me. Dinner is my favorite meal, because I’ll be able to enjoy supper with my family. As previously said, I get up too late, thus I miss out on breakfast and lunch with my loved ones. My mum usually cooks, she is an excellent cook. On Sunday, my family would eat different things than on weekdays such as barbecue, hot pot and many more. That makes me really delighted.
