Your council is considering closing a sports and leisure center that it runs, inorder to save money. Write a letter to your council

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter in regards to the closure notice of Bellevue sports and leisure center. Firstly, I would like to say that this center has had an enormous on not just myself, but also my family members. During holidays or weekends, we organize get-to-gathers, host birthday parties, fun events, etc. Our kids even go to the sports programs organized by this center, and they love it. This center is also used by the local community very often, and hence it is crucial for everyone. The elderly use this center to organize their evening meet-ups. Moreover, there is no other place nearby where people of the community can meet up and socialize. Finally, if this center closes, this will have adverse effects on the community. Slowly, everyone will stop gathering, and they will have fewer people to talk to. This social isolation could also lead to depression for someone like me.
