You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home you found you had left some important papers at the hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter • Say where you think you left the papers • Explain why they are so important • Tell the manager what you want him/her to do

Dear Sir or Madam, On last Thursday, I participated in a presentation that was organized in the main conference room of your hotel. Unfortunately, when I reached home, which is in another city, I realized that some very important documents are missing from my suitcase. During the presentation I was sitting in the second row and closer to the main entrance gates at the bottom of the hall. I think I might have forgotten them on the floor besides my place, where I put them to freely take the notes during the speeches. Said documents contain very confidential information about the product that my company is planning to launch on the market next month. In addition, those documents are originals with the authorized signatures and company stamp on them. I kindly request you to check whether the papers are where I left them or ask the cleaners whether they have found and kept them. If you would be able to identify the subject requisitions, I would be very grateful to you for posting them to my address at the end of this letter. Looking forward to your positive response. Yours sincerely,
