Dear Sir, My name is Johnson, and I am currently working as Sales executive in your company. I am writing to apprise you of the pitiable condition of our working place which has contributed to my health issue also.
As you are aware of the fact that cleanliness is of top priority in this pandemic times. However, the janitors working in the office pay negligible attention to this side. The unclean and unhygienic conditions at my workplace cost me much on helath part. Recently, I found that I have become an Asthma patient. The doctors enquired and told me that it is caused because of being in dusty surroundings for more than four hours. And that most probable hours of mine is spent in office as my service at yours place is of 10 hours.
The cleaning department is not working upto the mark in the office. To be specific, each and every worker of this department make us to work in damp environment. On your part, you have hired efficient persons for the work. But let me inform you they are not doing their work well. The windows remain open everytime. Cabins remain filled with dusts. Instead of cleaning the office twice a day, they clean it after two or four days. Even if we complain the senior worker about it, they pay no heed to our words. The result is in front of you. Not only me but my other colleagues are also getting other health issues because of this
I would like you to inspect the problem and if possible replace the whole department with new persons so that we could live and work in a healthier environment. Also, there must be a policy of health insurance for all employees which would help them in emergency.
