Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Mark Anthony. I’m writing to report about a small accident that happened with me at your store during the last week. I was shopping in the section of the bedrooms with my family and unfortunately, my son had fallen and bumped his head on the floor. It came to our attention that a wire that was pulled out from a lamp had caused him to stumble and fall. We were fortunate enough not to have him hit by an electric shock since the wire was plugged and the lamp was turned on. I thought that it is important to bring to your attention such an important and serious matter, that could be of great danger for your clients, whether they were children or/and adults. This accident could have happened to anyone.
