Although I was very exited to meet you but because of my work commitment, I had to cancel my plan. Besides all these, accept my sincere apology and gift as well which I am sending with this. As you know, I am working as HR Manager in a multinational company however this was a short business trip and planned suddenly as my boss asked me to join him. While I decided to meet you during my free time whereas management decided team Dinner in a restaurant and I could not denied them as this was my first experience. I am also trying to arrange another trip over there for next month for 4 days so we can spend some quality time together and could make some good memory.
