Dear Sir, Madame, Iam writing to you this letter to express my sincere gratitude about the planification of this interesting cookery program course that i had the chance to be part of in your school. It is true that the period of that course was very short but within those for months i have learned many theorical and practical cooking skills that i couldn’t find anywhere before. Those skills helped me to try different meals and dishes at the restaurant and my customers were very pleased, I also managed to cook them for my family and friends which was highly appreciated, my neighboors tasted some of the delicious cakes and pies and they asked me to share with them the cooking recipes and help them to prepare them. This course helped me to develop my career and and meet people with the same interests as me. I would like you to plan for another cooking courses so we can join it again to learn more recipes and especially international cuisines ones, my friends are very interested.
