My name is kesther Uwaje and i just completed a cookery course in African delicacies.
The purpose of this letter is to give feeback on my entire 6 weeks of study while learning to cook the african food. I was born in the western world, United States of America to be precise, even though my parents are Africans, and my growing up has actually been abit wielrd not knowing how to cook as an African Child. My finance who is a foodie actually introduced me to the school to improve my cooking since we would be getting married in the next 12 Months.
Initially, i was un-interested in the first few weeks as the lecturer started with the long rules of cooking, and i was always nervorse because my class mates were already cooks in the real world and only came to the school to be certifield. I felt i was all alone at the amatuer stage.
The fun for me came in the third week, when we started practicals. The grouping made me loosing up and i made goods friends whom i call sisters now. Particularly when my group came first in the steering constest. This improved my confidence level, I remember each night before sleeping, practicing im my room to be better than i was yesterday.
Presently my family, especially my Finance are all proud of me. I currently run an online blog where i teach tinnagers how to become a BOSS of their own through cooking. I also do cathering for intending couples about to get married, social occasions and home services. I am happy i came for the training and this summer, i have already started
planning to come back for another course but this time, i am learning Interior Decoration and Home management because, While doing my cathering Job, i have had alot of offers relating to Interior Decoration and i know learning this will improve my services list to the public.
