Dear Sir or Madam I am writing to complain about the dishwasher, which I purchased from your shop on May 15th. When I used the dishwasher the first week it worked correctly without any problems and the dishes came out clean and shine especially glasses. Although, when I used it two days ago I noticed that the program crashed. The dishes had large white spots in them from soap when I took them out. Furthermore, when I tried washing another load of dishes the program stopped in the middle of the cycle and I need to finish washing by hand. Then I called the shop and explain my trouble connected with a malfunction of the dishwasher. In spite of the fact that I have been assured by one of the assistants that I would be sent a refund or replacing the equipment, no steps have been taken to rectify the situation.
