You recently bought a camera while travelling overseas. When you got to your destination you discovered that some important items were missing from the box. Write a letter to the local representative of the company. In your letter • give details of the camera and where you bought it • explain what has happened • say what you want him/her to do about it

Dear Sir, I am writing this letter in reference to the camera which I bought from one of your stores. My friend recommended me to get a camera from your company since you sell the best cameras. Unfortunately, the package is missing some essential parts. On January 10, 2021, I bought a black colored Cannon 360 HD model camera with a grey strap to hand around the neck. The retailer told me that it came with two spare batteries. Since it was out of stock in most of your stores, I had to travel all the way to Norman Street which is a one-hour drive from my house to purchase this camera. I received the camera in a sealed box therefore, I did not think of un-boxing it to check if it contained all its parts. It was not until I had arrived at my hotel, I was shocked to see that the batteries were missing from the package. I am extremely disappointed, as I was looking forward to taking pictures for my blog. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take the required action along with a refund. Yours sincerely, Ifrah.
