Hello Sir or Madam, My name is Jane and I have recently joined the college. As I don't belong to this city, I have chosen to stay at the room in college, which I am sharing with 3rd year student. This letter is regarding the issues at the room premises. From past few days, we are facing hygiene issues at the hostel room as the house keeping person has not visited the room since from a month. There is water logging at the entrance of the building due to which there are lot of flies at night. I even came across few rats at the kitchen, where meals are prepared. I am much more concerned as there is a garbage bin placed near my room, it is been overflowing, since from a week and none of the housekeeping person has bothered to empty it. There is bad smell coming from the dustbin, which is creating difficulty for us to stay at the room. I request you to inform the housekeeping responsible person regarding the issue at the room premises and keep a track on maintaining the hygiene.
