Dear Mr. Watson, I am John Smith tenant of your building since last four years and I am writing this letter to express a problem regarding the laundry room. The building has seven storeys and each floor has almost four houses that is equal to all and all 28 house. In the response of these numbers we have provided only ten dry laundry machines and thus it creates several issues. Since last four years, I was using the same laundry room; however, nowadays there are few problems. To begin with, there is less number of machines as compared to users. Therefore, many of people need to wait for long time to use it. Furthermore, when our turn will come to use it already there was a stuff of other person and do not empty it as soon as finished. Thus, we need to wait for them to empty the tub and make is use for us. It adds fuel to fire. We all members have gathered the meeting and decided to bring ten extra machines for the same. Thus, we require your permission for this. It will be great if you will help us to solve this issue. Hope you will consider our suggestions. Yours truly, John Smith.
