In relation to booking, I booked cruise to give lovely candle light treat to celebrate my husband’s birthday during winter holidays. Although we reached at our booked date on 18th of decemeber; However your staff didn’t see any booking confirmation. Thus we shown theme confirmation id as well as payment recepit, but they behave rudly and not addressing properly even our requested concern. Having said that, we felt heartbroken because that day was very special for both of us as its first birthday of him after getting married. Although it well planned stll not celebrated because of technical error in your system. In solution, to compansate it we appreciate if you arrange same on 25th of december to enjoy Christmas as well as its our annivarsay date thus, we would delighted if you give booking confirmattion on prior basis.
