Dear Sir, I am writing to you to inform that I have mistakenly left some personal belongings in your hotel. I had stayed in your hotel last week from 25th Jan 2020 to 1st Feb 2020. My registration number is 201632, I was staying in room no 24 on seventh floor. I had checked out on 1st Feb at 5: 00pm. When I was back home that is when I realized that I have left some of my personal belongings. I was really rushing that day due to hectic schedule and business meetings. I left a coat, tie and a diary in the wardrobe. However, I think the room service people might have found it and kept it in lost and found things. These things are very valuable as they have immense sentimental value. They are gifted to me by my grandparents. As well my personal diary has all my contact details related to business and some important information. I will appreciate if you can make some arrangement to send my belongings on the address mentioned in registration form. Please feel free to call me if you need any further details.
