You have recently moved to a different house.

Dear John, I hope you are doing well and are healthy and happy in life. I am writing to let you know that I have finally been about to buy a house in Auckland after a long struggle of searching for the right place to live. I decided that I can’t live all my life in a rental property which I could never call my own and decided that it’s now or never to take the big jump into the property market. The house is a lovely two bedroom which has be beautifully taken care of by the prior owners. While I don’t have kids yet it is good to know that if I do decide to follow that path there would be space to consider this. The best part about the house is the living room as there has been a new fireplace installed a few years ago. And you know what they say about a new fireplace, that it is a blessing to have one in your home. Both the bedrooms are a good size, which would certainly suit you when ever you do decide to visit. About your visit, you are welcome at any time but please try to do this as soon as possible as winter is coming and due to all the snow which we get up here it would make life miserable. A good suggestion would be to bring a mix of summer and winter cloths for the trip as this would keep you prepared for any eventualities. I’m really looking forward to seeing you soon and us spending time together after such a long gap.
