Dear Mr Goyal, I am writing to inform you about an issue which I have been facing from last two months due to noisy neighbourhood. I am living in flat number 404 in Southern Block, and in my immediate next door flat some college boys are living who make lots of noise at every night. Let me explain what the problem is the students usually play songs loudly and dancing over night. Not only this they invite other friends and celebrate parties and do shouting which is extremely uncomfortable situation for us. Especially, my son’s sleep is disturbed as he is only ten months old so whenever he hears the sound at dark, he wakes up and cry for long time which becomes intolerable situation for all members. I wonder if you warn them or order them to leave the accommodation because they are not doing fair and it was in our contract letter.
