Dear Mr. Dutta, I am writing to let you know the agenda of our tomorrow’s meeting at 3: 00 pm in conference room ‘Haru’. During the meeting, we can discuss my previous year's accomplishments, recommendations and training requirements for the team. I would like to present brief explanations about each of these points in the upcoming sections of my letter. My past year has been fruitful as I lead our 50-member team to deliver the ‘Glob android app’ project to our most prestigious client ‘Sakura’ on time and with zero defects. Additionally, because of the client’s trust and relationship with me, I was able to convince them to employ us in building another app for food delivery services. So, I was instrumental in building the company’s reputation and growth. Since we have a new project I would like to offer my suggestion to hire new people in the domains of JAVA and Angular-JS. While these skills are required at a later stage of the new project but hiring them now will help up to implement enhancements in the previous ‘Glob android app’ project. As the team is expanding, we would need to manage the team in an efficient manner; for this, we would need Agile methodology training. We could discuss this in-depth in our meeting on which modules we should be trained and candidates for each of these modules. Looking forward to having a constructive discourse tomorrow. Yours sincerely, Deb
