I am writing to complain about the TV purchased from your store three days ago. I was extremely excited when I bought it on strong recommendation from one of the sales person at your store on the contrary disappointed to find that only after few hours, the product malfunctioned.
The TV purchased is Samsung LED which has the code Q60T. Initially it seemed to be working fine, and I was immensely pleased with my purchase. However, after the TV had been on for few hours, a black line appears across the screen. Though it disappears after a while, it emerges again if the TV is on for a couple of hours. Moreover, the sound quality is strange. People's voice has become robotic, and I am sure it is not related to audio-settings. The TV is now unusable and I’m sure this is a manufacturing flaw.
I am exceedingly displeased with the quality of the product purchased from your company. I would request you to send someone to my place as I cannot bring it to your store to claim my warranty owing to the fact that my car is in the repairing shop. Hope this problem will be resolved promptly. I anticipate receiving a replacement TV. Otherwise, I would like a full refund.
