I am writing to complain about the TV purchased from your store three days ago. I was very excited when I bought it on strong recommendation from one of the sales person at your store but very disappointed to find that only after few hours, the product malfunctioned.
I purchased Samsung QLED TV which has the code Q60T. I was assured that this was the latest model and best there to buy. Initially it seemed to be working fine and I was very pleased with my purchase. However, after the TV had been on for few hours, a black line appears across the screen. Though it disappears after a while, it emerges again if the TV is on for a couple of hours. Moreover, the sound quality is strange. People's voice has become robotic and I am sure it is not related to audio-settings. The TV is now unusable and I’m sure this is a manufacturing flaw.
I am exceedingly displeased with the quality of the product I purchased from your company. I would request you to send someone to my place as I cannot bring it to your store to claim my warranty because my car is in the repairing shop. I hope this problem will be resolved promptly. I expect to receive a replacement TV. Otherwise, I would like a full refund.
