Nowadays, bond between employees and manager decisive factor for growth of the company. Some argues that teamwork of employee have uper hand in profit while other say leader has important role. In this essay I will discuss both the points and later give my opinion. To begin, every organisation needs 100% effort from each employee. For every tast, a team has choosen for every department. For the short-term progress team work is essential in each company. Every employee has different skill to complete one task and they can elaborate it with each other for magnificent finish. For example, In India, Tata Group Of Industry always emphasised on team work and in the consequences they have developed their industry in more than 100 countries on global level. To other hand, argument about leader importance has upper hand. As I mentioned earlier about Tata Group Of Industry, this industry always do their work under the shadow of Sir Ratan Tata, also he share his own experience with employees to grow more. Without leader every team is clueless. They might have skills to do work but they are unable in some part to recognise it. To end with these arguments, I opine that, leaders have always upper hand in fortune of the company. Furthermore, without a good team of employees, leaders also lacking to do work.
