Dear Mr Ahmed I am writing you this letter to request a leave to defend my master thesis in finite element analysis. As you might know I have been studying for my masters after work time in the last two years. My thesis will be debated on 28 December 2020. I require two weeks off two review my thesis. After completing, I will in the weekend for the next 6 weekends in additional to the normal working days to compensate the leave taken. As our company is specailzed in development of finite element analysis software programs, my aforementioned degree will not be only beneficial to me but to the company too.
