Dear Ram, I am writing this letter to request some time off work. As you are aware I have been attending distance MBA classes for the last two years and the course is at the verge of completion and to qualify for the degree, I need to appear for the final exams which are scheduled in the second week of next month, 7th March. I intend to use this break for the preparation and I also believe that this dedicated time will help me to pass the exams with flying colors. My current experience of working with the sales team have been very handy and in fact it has helped me a lot to understand subjects in depth. After completion of the exams I will be joining back immediately and continue my position. And I am very positive that, achieving this degree will be a feather in my cap and I will be able to serve the company in best of my abilities. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
