Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to register my complain regarding the poor service provided by your staff. As, I bought an airline ticket one month ago from your travel management company for my flight to London from Baku.
Yesterday, I went in your office to change my ticket like, I wasn’t able to travel as per my actual ticket dates due to some emergency reasons.
When i go to ticket counter your one of staff member asked me to wait for 10 minutes, after the said time he told me he can’t retrieve my ticket please go to the next ticket counter. When I reached to the counter number 2, a female staff member was there and told me that she is going on a lunch break and refer me to counter number 3. when I present at counter number 3, nobody was available there. I was very disappointed by this kind of service given by your agent staff.
I am expecting that your company should take a serious notice of rude behavior of employees. Being an old customer, company should give me priority to resolve my issue and change my ticket on urgent basis.
