Dear Sir/Madam, This well-considered letter draws your attention towards leave intimation for one week I need during the course. I have enrolled into 2 year Advanced Digital Marketing course which started in January this year. This is a 4 semester course spanning 6 months each semester. I have already completed my first semester and 2nd semester started last month, since I am in the middle of the semester and some important concepts are going on, I felt the need to intimate you in advance. I need one week leave as my father is critically ill and needs to be looked after. Since my father got operated of severe lung infection and as been advised a week's bed rest. My mother would not be able to look after him after completing her household work, so my presence is extremely important. As post operation tests also needs to be conducted i believe my mother would not be able to handle on her own. Considering the urgency kindly grant me a week's leave. As I mentioned since important concepts of the course is under way and I do not want to miss them, Please allow me to attend those classes in my extra time in the parallel classes running. Also for some doubts regarding the topics it would be good if you can arrange couple of doubt's clarification session with Professor Bill.
