Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your notice about food hygiene issues in your restaurant during last week visit with my family at your restaurant. I am a regular client at your restaurant from last two years and regularly visit over weekends.
During my visit in last week we observed the restaurant capacity was full and every employee was busy attending the guest as the restaurant was jam-packed. I envisaged due to increase in number of guest at restaurant, the chef's and kitchen team might have overlooked on the hygiene factor of the food served to the customer.
We visited restaurant on last week Saturday i. e. 15th February 2019 around 08: 00 PM. We were family of four members and we ordered Indian and Chinese cuisine. In the Indian cuisine we ordered Rice, Dal Fry, Cottage Cheese and flatten breads while Chinese food we just ordered Noodles and Dumplings. After starting our meal we felt some foul smell in the food for which we complaint to the staff who was attending our family. To our surprise he did not feel that food was bad and did not agreed for replacement. We left the restaurant around 09: 00 PM as my daughter started having stomach ache. The next day morning we all went to hospital due to severe stomach ache and after the diagnosis we found out that we all got infected with food poisoning.
It took three days for use to get cure and start our daily routine. As a regular customer of your renowned restaurant this was a horrifying experience for me and my family. We are sure we will never visit the restaurant again however your should focus on food quality else these types of issues may impact your restaurant brand image.
