Dear Mr Janson I'm writing this letter in connection with organizing a one-week trip for a group of students from Perth to the snowy mountainous areas in New South Wales. We are going to set a camp in the high altitude of southern mountains, however, we need an appropriate accommodation for the first and last night. Moreover, we need rooms to replace and settle our climbing equipment in New South Wales. This is a group of 25 students in age groups between 20 to 25. It contains 10 girls and 15 boys, and all of them are classmates of a technical school in Perth. It is better to have double rooms all located on one floor of the hotel. However, because of not staying for a long time they can be grouped into 3 or 4 people in rooms as well. But, the bathroom and toilet are mandatory for each room and our preference is not to be shared between the rooms. I will be so thankful if you can finalize our reservation after receiving my letter. I look forward to replying on this letter and fix any other issues before our travel which is last week of July.
