I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during a visit to your hotel last week.
Firstly, we had booked five rooms for a business trip with our colleagues, however, when we arrived at the hotel the rooms that we booked were not ready at all. We had to wait an hour in the waiting room. Such a careless service seems to us inexcusable.
Then, although the hotel is new, the facilities are ancient-fashioned. We needed to do our next plans in consultation with our office via the internet. Unfortunately, the quality of the internet was unbearable. As a result, it affected our work.
As regular clients of your hotel, we felt disappointed with the way we have been treated and hope steps will be taken to rectify the situation.
