Dear Mr. Jones I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an annoying family who just moved in your apartment. I live in the Rose Block Section B which is located on Allison Street, When I moved into your Apartment I Lived in the second floor and as you know 3 months ago I have moved to the fourth floor because of the same Problem as I have right now. I am working on my thesis and the deadline in order to deliver the final version of it is about 2 months later, So I should study hard during this time, But the new family who just moved into the fifth floor is really noisy, the main problem is that they have a 3 year old boy crying non-stop. In addition, at the weekends they invite their friends and have party till midnight, as a result, I can not sleep well and the day after it is extremely hard to concentrate on my work. I would really grateful if you allow me to move into your another flat which is located on the first floor and it has been empty for 2 years, I think in this situation that they have a baby, you cannot tell them to respect the apartment regulation. Thanks for your Consideration in advance Yours Faithfully Alireza Dadashpour
