I am a regural customer of your store. I bought a Dell Pro Model 1. 3 from your store this January and recently
upgraded my laptop to make it better compatible with the software demanding some graphics configuration.
I write this letter to express my dissatisfaction over the performance of my laptop even after such an investment.
It is well known to you that the specified model alone is enough for professional graphical softwares. It was well-mentioned in the
promotional brocure of the laptop which you had for your new year's sale. But, when I started using the laptop it crased frequently displaying
problems related to graphical configuration. I consulted sales support team on 12th Feb and they proposed to add a graphic card which will
totally eliminate the problem and enhance the processing speed. The hardware configuration required for the softwares that I use is more than enough but
some how it does not perform as expected. I researched on the matter and figured out that the 240GB graphic card you used in the upgrading was not the best
match, cheaper and with low warrenty.
I demand replacement of graphic card with Nvdia company of at least same specification. I am sure this is not much considering the
heafty charge that I paid for. Otherwise, consider me a lost customer. I Look forward for your prompt action in the matter.
