I am Noemi Canonce one the tenant in M-5 City Tower. I am writing this letter to complain about the furniture in my flat. My dining table legs are weak and it giving us a difficulty to use it because it is obsolete also the chairs has a stained which is very disgusting. Additionally, the hinges of the kitchen cupboard are rustry and it is making an eerie noise everytime we open it. I hope you can change it too. I would like to remind you also that you agreed and It is been written in my tenancy contract that you will replace the old furniture with the new one within it three months but until now there are no action yet. It will be highly appreciated if you replace it as soon as possible otherwise I will cancel my agreement with you and find another place.
