Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to let you know that I am unhappy with your gallery’s organizing structure. Last Friday, I visited with my family and friends; waited for half an hour to purchase ticket which was exhausting. Let me explain the situation in more detail. There was only one system and staff to serve the customers. Rest of other representatives were busy in talking with each other instead of calming the public. I felt very bad as the lady at the counter was trying her best to sort the big line standing in front of her but it couldn’t have worked out. Not only people but many university students were also standing in the same line awaiting for turn. On the other hand, may families bring their children to show the beauty of art, however, with such longer period of standing they were crying and irritated. It would be grateful if you kindly add two more computers for the visitors and one for the students. In these ways, many improvements can be done to handle the rush during weekdays and weekends.
