Hi, Good Morning.
The Wave 1 IELTS Batch has concluded the classroom training. The two candidates, Gaurav and Ramanjeet, sound confident with Listening & Reading modules. Gaurav has practiced his writing task 1 & 2 and is showing clear signs of improvement, whereas, Ramanjeet hasn't showed any Writing so far in spite of repeated reminders to rehearse as much as they can.
I have given them the tips to write the Writing Task1 & Task2 along with the reading material & practice tests. Now it's up to them to practice and improve their expression and writing styles. I have clearly advised them to devote a lot of time towards writing exercise as it's a skill, thus, cannot be developed overnight.
As planned earlier, I would like to conduct a full length exam for LWRS (Listening, Writing, Reading and Speaking) on 16th August 2019 (Friday). The expected duration of the test is 2. 5hrs and another 1hr for discussions, final thoughts and test day preparations. Hence, I would need a room from 5pm onwards for the same.
