Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to inform you that I have an interest to come for camping at your campsite and one of my friends also wants to come with me, so I am looking for the availability of seats in upcoming month. I read about this in 'The Tribune' newspaper yesterday, that you have organised the camping for people, who are keen to get camping experience. Last year my cousin also went for this activity through your organisation. As I have been offered vacation from my workplace in following month, so I want to get information regarding the vacancies for that month. Moreover, how much charges are there for booking of two seats, so that I can arrange money for paying the fee. Furthermore, I am very much excited to know the location where this activity is going to happen for participants, and what kind of accommodation is there, where we can stay for our camping trip.
